A very clean and nicely appointed dealership with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They recently helped us with the warranty replacement of our 2016 Hyundai Sonata PHEV limited's battery. Despite the 6-month wait, the dealership made sure we had a loaner vehicle and the battery was replaced and recycled at no cost to us. I've had great experience with the build quality of my Hyundai's and maintenance requirements have been minimal. A brand like Hyundai with a strong warranty especially with an EV in today's economy is a huge Plus! I don't know anyone who can afford a 20K battery replacement

I like that I didn’t feel any pressure tactics that some dealerships seems to offer. We were able to look at a variety of vehicles on the lot and I must say, Nathan our salesman had the patience of Job!! This made the selection much easier, but due to our own fault, we weren’t satisfied with the selection. But we returned. The sales and/or general manager and his staff, our salesman Nathan and the awesome support of Christina, worked out a deal to finally get the Vehicle of choice. Extremely smooth and no pressure tactics process. We are completely satisfied and yes, if our vehicle needs arise again, we will consider this dealership.

Cody is an amazing young man. It was a pleasure meeting him, Dave, and Bruce. They all took amazing care of me and I am so very thankful for everything that they did. I would recommend this Greg Hubler in Muncie 1000 times over, to anyone and everyone. I had the pleasure of working with a sales man by the name of Cody. Not only was he knowledgeable and willing to answer my million questions, he listened to my concerns and validated any frustration I had that came from dealing with a different dealership. The test drive was fun and felt like I was driving around with an old friend and the check up calls for a couple of weeks after were very very appreciated.
